	&lt;p&gt;3 boyutlu televizyon hayali uzun zamand&#305;r teknoloji d&#252;nyas&#305;n&#305;n g&#252;ndeminde fakat &#351;imdiye kadar elde edilen sonu&#231;lar istenilen ger&#231;ekli&#287;e yakla&#351;&#305;lamad&#305;&#287;&#305;n&#305; g&#246;steriyor. Oysa yap&#305;lmak istenen &#351;ey; etraf&#305;nda dola&#351;&#305;labilen, her bir cenahtan izlenebilen, sanal ger&#231;eklik hissi verebilen g&#246;r&#252;nt&#252; cihazlar&#305;d&#305;r. Bu &#351;ekilde e&#287;lence sekt&#246;r&#252;nde ve bilimde inan&#305;lmaz bir atlama s&#246;z konusu olacak.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Bilkent &#220;niversitesi Elektrik ve Elektronik M&#252;hendisli&#287;i B&#246;l&#252;m&#252;, Avrupa Birli&#287;i'nce olu&#351;turulan "3 Boyutlu Televizyon Projesi&#8217;nin" koordinat&#246;rl&#252;&#287;&#252;n&#252; &#252;stlendi. Avrupa Birli&#287;i proje i&#231;in ilk a&#351;amada, 6.15 milyon Euro fon deste&#287;inde bulundu. Bilkent &#220;niversitesi, 7 &#252;lkeden 19 kurulu&#351;un koordinat&#246;r&#252; konumunda. 5 T&#252;rk, 7 Alman, 2 &#304;ngiliz, 2 Finli, 1 &#199;ek ve 1 Bulgar bilim adam&#305;ndan olu&#351;an projede DVD ve VCD gibi bulu&#351;lar&#305;n mucitleri de yer al&#305;yor. Projenin ilk meyvelerinin &#246;n&#252;m&#252;zdeki bir ka&#231; sene i&#231;in de toplanaca&#287;&#305; s&#246;yleniyor.&lt;/p&gt;
